Every year we say we're going to get organized... let's make 2021 the year we actually do it!
This week-long challenge is designed to help participants clear out a bunch of clutter and get into the habit of organization.
When we manage to integrate organizing into our everyday life, we start doing it without even thinking about it. It just happens naturally and feels a lot less like work!
By the end of this challenge, you will not only have several more organized spaces in your home, but you will have the tools to need to build healthy organization habits all year long.
Want to know an organizing secret?
After years of studying organizing, I've figured out that there is one specific part of a room that when organized, plays a VERY significant role in keeping the rest of the room tidy too. What is this key space?
Whether it's a clothes closet, linen closet, pantry, or coat closet, I know that if it's neat and has a solid organizing system in place, the rest of my room stays more organized too.
During the week of our challenge, we are going to focus on decluttering some of these key areas so that we have a solid foundation for organization in our home.
What to Expect During the Challenge
For the first four days of the challenge, you will receive an email with a quick video that lays out the day's assignment and gives tips for completing it thoroughly, yet efficiently.
On Friday, the last day of the challenge, we'll come together for a live video session that will give you the tools you need to continue getting organized all year long.
I hope you'll join us for this important challenge that can positively impact the rest of your year (and beyond)!
(Psssttt... Don't have one of the closets we're working on during the challenge? That's okay! You will simply work on decluttering the types of items that are normally kept in said closet, wherever you may keep them.)
Meet your teacher...
Hi, I’m Abby, and I'm just a smidge obsessed with organizing... Okay, maybe a little more than a smidge! Naturally scatterbrained, I've come to love decluttering and organizing spaces because I love the peace it brings to our home. And while our house is far from perfect, I am always searching for ways to cut the clutter and create a more serene, welcoming space for our family!
When I'm not blogging, you can find me running on the local trails, curled up with a good book, or going on adventures with my husband Donnie and our two sons, Connor and Caleb.
